Kamus 2 is a translator program. It can translate from 1 of (currrently) 16 languages to any other one of those 16 languages.

Nothing really. The program is actually very simple with only one major difference. You can now translate a piece of text. Almost all other translator program that you can find on the internet only allow you to translate one word at a time. Not many translator programs allow you to translate whole pieces of text. This can be quite frustrating if you wish to quickly translate a piece of text, for instance on a website that is in a foreign language or to translate some phrases while you are chatting on Icq or IRC.

Currently it supports these languages:

Swedish

You can choose any language as source and any as target language. Note however that translations to and from english will probably be more correct since the english dictionary that this program uses has the most words.

A program in beta means that it is not finished yet. Currently Kamus is in beta 2. This means that you can download the program and try it. Then if you have any suggestions or comments about it i would like to know them. So that the final version of the program may be a perfect one once completed. Ya sure! If you happen to find or have a wordlist of a particular language with translation to english or other major language, then you can send it to me. I can then make a Kamus dictionary file of it, so u can use it inside Kamus.
